It is really important to take the time and go through these tutorials. I’ve noticed that many of our members have not really gone in too deep with the materials and as a consequence, they start wondering if they don’t need something else to manage some aspects of this. Like Notes. 

The idea of this system is to use the system. You can create as many notes, tasks, projects, bookmarks, and documents as you need. There is a system here that is meant to be used. And the app, Notion, is how that system is executed. 

You have properties that can and should be used to describe the information you capture. This is how you clarify something. If a note is from a meeting, then you tag it ‘meeting’. If it is research then you tag it ‘research’ and then another tag for context - what are you researching? Another app?

Anything in this system can be linked to anything else. Those links are already created for you. Eventually I will teach you how to build your own links to things. 

If you have a meeting, take your notes for that client. Then review your notes and create any tasks based on follow up required, and you can link those tasks back to that note so you have the link to the source with all of the context you have in those notes.
