Here we taught the following 3 learning objectives:

  1. Go beyond using your calendar in the traditional ways and learn to live by it.
  2. Learn at least two tools for organizing and managing your workload.
  3. Set goals for personal downtime – the reward for managing your workload well.

This Pep Talk took place on Wednesday January 13, 2016

The webinar recording is above. You need to have registered for at least one pep talk to get the password. Below you will find the preview video that explains a little about what this pep talk covered.

In this episode we show you some very specific tips and tricks for how to use your calendar to make it the ultimate authority. We ask you to schedule things you normally wouldn’t schedule on your calendar!

We look at time management. It makes sense that the key work managing your workload, is time management.

We’ll show you how to lay out and set your goals, with specific action items to help you do it. Then we have you answer some questions, and then you’ll go back to the first action item, and revise what you did.

You should find that this is an eye opening experience. Most importantly, when you’re finished doing this stuff, you should have a real clear picture about how you will manage all of your time, and your workload within that.
