These are not in any particular order. If you missed it, you can catch up. Top Five non GL Financial Apps for 2016 – No 1 – Finagraph.

We hear more and more about the business of the new world, and how much more automated everything is getting. These apps that I’ve chosen are what I consider to be some of the top 5 examples of that.

Expensify

There are a couple of thoughts that pop into my head in terms of why, or when you might need Expensify for your business. If you answer yes to any of these questions, then you just may want to get Expensify into your ecosystem.

  • You have people who submit expense reports, and you’re still using Excel.
  • You have some other expense report app, that doesn’t seamlessly integrate into your accounting software.
  • You have corporate cards, that your bookkeeper is spending time coding, when your employee / card holders can do it in a fraction of the time, since they know what they spent the money on, and why.
  • You have employees who travel (even if infrequently)

I can go on, but this should begin to give you can idea of who can use Expensify.

That’s an affiliate link, so if you use it, and you sign up and pay for it, Expensify sends me a small thank you. Whenever I fall in love with a company and product (and that always must happen first), I will find out if they have an affiliate, or partner program. If they do, I sign up for it, because as long as I am going to recommend it, why not?
