I’m going through these again and something you said is so true…the amount of time I spend distracted with social media nonsense is staggering…..even while watching this video I caught myself checking Facebook…..I’m going to make a concentrated effort to stop doing this….I’ve noticed each time I do that, I have to reset just to get back to where I was prior to being distracted….those resets accumulate quickly….
