One of the reasons Box.com is such a powerful app, is that the web app makes it really easy to manage files from your browser, or the mobile app. There are other file sharing and management applications, that I set up on the web, then I set up the sync to my desktop, and I never look at the web app again unless I absolutely have to.
With Box.com they have smart menus built right into the browser, so that when you right click something, you don’t get your standard browser right-click menu. You can contextual options based on what you right clicked.
Erica, who works with me uses the Box.com web app exclusively. She doesn’t even have it synced. It’s that good, that you can actually use Box.com entirely in the web app.
