Seth,

I want to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to you and your staff. Seth it is not often that I feel very good about fees and charges that are charged our company. I suppose that that is the way I’m supposed to feel. I’m not a spendthrift by any stretch of the imagination but neither am I a Scrooge.

In working with your company I have found that every penny of what you earn is well deserved. I have found that every minute of your efforts rewards us in many times an intangible way, such as peace of mind, feeling of security and more and that those things are not able to be properly equated on a spreadsheet, an invoice or on a statement.

But please know that every time I see your charges, I have a good feeling because in your enumeration for work and consultation, there is something underlying the real meaning of it all. It is that we are moving forward, still solvent and still able to accomplish our task under the watchful eyes of a group of people, your company that is mindful of the right way to do things.

You are not only doing work but teaching and refining us as well. We are better able to produce the results that you require to provide us the reports we need. A circle of accounting as you will. We enjoy the comfortable way that you admonish us, guide us and reward us as well.

So at this time of year, I would like to take a moment and say, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, to you personally and to Jasmine, on behalf of a group of extremely dedicated individuals that consider Nerd an invaluable and trusted part of the team effort.

I loved reading about your background.  Didn't know you came out here to pursue acting.. :)  I think you're the best in this business, for sure!

Also,  I thought the webinar you sent was excellent (about Outlook)..and yay, I was the ONE who bought each of your training sessions for $110!  You are just so easily to follow and you really teach clearly and succinctly.  I know there are sometimes better/easier ways of doing certain things, so even tho I know a lot of the info already, I wanted to see how you do it.  (You should really see me go with the shortcuts once you taught me to count the clicks...remember?)

Seth, thanks for offering the classes and your help.  I really love your classes and I appreciate you so much.

I have been meaning to get back to you, but have been a little busy this week. I was so kind of you to take a moment out of your busy schedule to send me this e-mail.  The webinar was wonderful, so much so that I am planning on taking your Excel classes as soon as I can slot some time.  I sent Stuart Jaffe the copies of the reports and gave him a brief overview of the webinar.  He was pleased to hear my report and glad I found it so useful. 

Thank you for making the recording available, as the material you covered was quite extensive and I most certainly would like to go back and review some points I am sure I need refreshing.  In addition, I also want to say thanks for making this possible and also introducing yourself to Stuart.  Nerd Enterprises is what I would call a great educational resource for bookkeepers who are trying to expand their market and training.  I look forward to seeing what will be available in the future and hope we can keep in touch.
