When I met Charles I was very impressed and as soon as he explained that his business partner (also his father) had a background in clinical psychology and that he was using this to help people understand how to improve their use of language in order to more effectively communicate what their needs were I immediately saw the application and benefits this would HAVE to have for businesses. When I met Charles for lunch to discuss this further he had me convinced and I am fortunate enough to now have a signed copy of their book “Getting What You Want And Being Liked For It” which I will not lie, I have not read yet but I can honestly tell you that it will be next as soon as I finish reading The Power Of Now.
